 If your IT needs aren’t yet large enough to warrant a full-time, in-house technician, let MACS be your Full Service IT Department. MACS will provide a fully trained and Apple Certified helpdesk technician at your office every day for as many hours as you need. This gives you access to individual training and support for your Mac centric (or Mac-based department) network. We can work alone and manage the entire IT infrastructure, or in conjunction with an existing PC Centric Helpdesk for complete computer and network support. This provides daily helpdesk support for as many hours as you need (minimum 3 per day) plus access to the Remote IT Helpdesk service, described here. |

 MACS operates a technical support line accessible between the hours of 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. that is answered by an Apple Certified Consultant, who can remotely access your system to assist you with most any problem, as long as it is not power or network outage related. One additional benefit is that remote telephone support does not incur a travel charge |

If your covered computer needs service or repair, and you simply don't have time to drop if off at an Apple Store, we can help with this. Once it's repaired, we'll deliver the system back to you and reintegrate back into your environment. We may even be able to provide you with a loaner computer to minimize your down time. If your machine is out of warranty, MACS provides expert computer repair, regardless of what type of Macintosh you have or what the problem is. |

 MACS provides best in class spam and virus filtering, to keep the level of junk and unwanted email to a minimum. In addition, we can install software to disallow web browsers from accessing "phishing" web sites. |

We work with every ISP in the area and with your installation phone number, we can generate a quote showing you all of the connection options available to you. |

 MACS can remotely monitor your computer and network systems to ensure proper operation and uptime, and we can provide a detailed graph of the services we monitor for your accounting purposes. In addition, we can continuously monitor your mail server to ensure it doesn't appear on a black list preventing you from sending email. We can also monitor your DNS server. |
