Managed Service gives your company the benefits of a full time helpdesk technician for a flat fee per month; use it anytime you need computer assistance or training. The primary component of this service is our Remote Assistance Help Desk, which provides a telephone number to a technician who is ready to answer your call and work you through the problem. We can even install software on your machine (even at the time of assistance) that will let us see your screen, just as if we were sitting right beside you, so we can take control of your computer and fix the problem. We can solve most any problem as long as there is not a network outage or a power failure. This solution offers considerable savings to our customers. We have three Remote Helpdesk packages to choose from -

Remote Helpdesk Silver package includes:
  • 5 hours of remote IT support
  • Installation of world-class monitoring software
  • Monthly package price - $249
  • Additional remote support hours can be purchased at a discounted rate of $75 each
  • If On-Site support is required, it is provided at the discounted rate of $150 per hour plus a ½ travel fee for the covered service area. Lower onsite rates can be obtained with the purchase of block of time.
Remote Helpdesk Gold package includes:
  • 15 hours of remote support
  • Installation of world-class monitoring software
  • Monthly package price - $649
  • Complimentary Annual Technology Review of your entire IT infrastructure and needs (a $2,000 value)
  • Additional remote support hours can be purchased at a discounted rate of $65 each
  • On-Site support is available at a discounted rate of $135 per hour plus a ½ travel fee for the covered service area. Lower onsite rates can be obtained with the purchase of block of time.
Remote Helpdesk Platinum package includes:
  • 25 hours of remote support
  • Installation of world-class monitoring software
  • Monthly package price - $999
  • Complimentary Annual Technology Review of your entire IT infrastructure and needs (a $2,000 value)
  • Access to our library of web based training materials and the Safari Bookshelf, from Oreilly.com
  • Additional remote support hours can be purchased at a discounted rate of $55 each
  • On-Site support is available at a discounted rate of $125 per hour plus a ½ travel fee for the covered service area. Lower onsite rates can be obtained with the purchase of block of time.
 
 
All remote support is offered via email or telephone and/or remote screen sharing
Time is billed in fifteen minute increments from the time a technician is reached
Monthly contracts are billed via credit card only
Contracts renew automatically and can be terminated at any time for a refund of unused services.
Technology Review availability commences at the 6 th month of service.
