Will O'Neal, founder and president of both Mid-Atlantic and Metro-Atlanta Computer Solutions, has been supporting Macintosh for nearly twenty years. He began his career in 1989 operating Linotronic Typesetters for Darby Graphics and worked his way into technical support after becoming an expert with early versions of page layouts, image editing applications and font management issues. He left Darby Graphics to work for Bruce Waldack at Computer Services Group and Digital Nation where he gained valuable networking experience. When Digital Nation was sold in 1999, Will was offerd the position as Director of Information Services at Legal Times Newspaper an Online Resource for the legal community.

Will left Legal Times to pursue his lifelong dream of working for himself. He started MACS in 2002. Since then, the company has grown from just Will to twelve Apple enthusiasts, including six Apple Certified outside technicians. Will holds the title of Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, and he regularly attends classes around the world to stay on top of the latest hardware, software and solutions for business of all types and sizes. Because of Will’s vast experience and desire to stay current on ‘all things Apple’, he is also the Lead Technical Advisor for MACS. Edson C. Soriano, holds the position of Operations Manager for Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions. He is an avid technology enthusiast, is always current on the latest technologies and is sure to bring effective solutions to MACS’s customers. He owned and ran Pixel Makers for over four years before getting into cross-platform networking. In 2000, was offered a position from Bruce Waldack to offer IT support for multiple companies owned by Bruce. To keep sharp, Edson wrote the "Geek Chic" column for HostingTech Magazine, writing about the latest hot consumer gadgets. Edson joined the team at Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions in 2007. His primary duties are to see that our customers are using the best most cost effective technologies and to see that all such technologies run properly and smoothly. Rob O’ Neal, joined MACS in 2007 and is the Operations Manager for Metro-Atlanta computer solutions. Rob spent a little over ten years in the Credit Marketing industry for Equifax and GE Money. He has been a Macintosh user since the mid 1990’s using OS9. The light came on for him upon the introduction of OSX in 2001, and since then he has been an avid Macintosh fan. Rob has a unique role within MACS, as he is responsible for expanding the business into a completely new market. His duties include computer troubleshooting and repair, sales, marketing and customer relations. Rob’s primary responsibilities are supporting home and small business customers. Chris Gilbert, Field Technician for MACS, began his career with us in 2004. Chris joined us directly from Apple, where he was an assistant store manager and Mac Genius. Prior to apple, he worked as a Sales Technician for SBC. He is Apple Certified in ACHDS 10.3 and ACHDS 10.4, and he is an expert in Apple’s suite of consumer products. Chris has been a Macintosh user and fan since the late 1980’s, and he has been supporting Macintosh professionally for nearly a decade.


Jonathan Bare, Engineering Manager, started with MACS in 2005. As our resident ACSA (He holds every nearly certification Apple allows). He has nearly a decade of professional Macintosh support. We are very proud to have him on staff as his certification level basically means he can configure a server with his eyes closed.


Dave Buls, joined the MACS team as our first Director of Business Development in April of 2007. His key responsibilities include developing and maintaining our customer base and assisting our customers in growing their business through the use of appropriate hardware and software applications. Dave was originally with CompUSA, Pierce, Hamilton and Stern and Lynk Systems. He brings a strong work ethic and a sense of loyalty and teamwork to our team. See Dave's profile on LinkedIn.


Pam Kirk, also joined our team in 2007. She come to us after many years of service to Lockheed Martin and GTSI where she honed her accounting skills. Pam is responsible for all bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and we're very glad she's brought her years of experience and expertise to our team!


Scott Soriano, holds the position of Lead In-House Technician for MACS. His key strengths are computer troubleshooting and repair. Additionally, Scott is also responsible for manning our Telephone Help Desk. Scott has been an avid Macintosh fan since the purchase of his first iMac in 1998. He joined MACS from On Site in 2007.


Dan Krajc, attended Wake Forest University and graduated with a degree in Analytical Finace. He received the bulk of his Apple training and experience from his previous employer, RedPeg Marketing, where he spent almost eight years as an IT Manager. He supported about forty-five users, the majority of them Macintosh. In addition to end-user support, he was also responsible for maintaining the xServe for file sharing and also the Kerio mail server. Dan joined the MACS team in July of 2007 and will be primarily filling the role of Field Technician. Dan will also help maintain the MACS file, mail and web servers.


Andrew Moses, Teaching Center Administrator and occasional technician joined MACS in 2008. He has worked with Macintosh computers since 1986 in many capacities starting out in desktop publishing and graphic-design, then moving into Information-Technology and support in the mid-1990's. Much of his work has been in the entertainment industry in New York and Los Angeles, where he supported ad-houses, production and post-production teams who made ads for national broadcasts, shows for MTV, VH-1, Nickelodeon, Fox Sports and the Disney Channel. Andrew enthusiastically studies all things Mac and has an impressive amount of knowledge about the Mac OS that he is happy to share.


Paul Dunford, joined MACS in 2008 in the position of Field Engineer. Previously a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Univeristy of Maryland and a Program Coordinator with Columbio Universty, he decided to make his hobby his carreer. He brings a strong sense of professionalism to the team and is more than happy to communicate with you in French or Russian!


The average MACS employee is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator working full time, hoping to achieve ACSA, the highest certification obtainable by Apple. He has nearly a decade of professional Macintosh support. We are very proud to retain these high level Apple professionals!
